Delivery Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a substitution.  If an agreeable substitute can not be found, we will deliver the part of your order that is available and refund the amount of the unavailable product(s). 

When your order is delivered, we will ensure that all items have been accounted for and fit the description on our website.  We will also take photographs of the delivery for verification purposes in the event a problem arises between the time when the order is delivered and the time of your arrival to your vacation villa.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
