Why must my order be placed 7 days prior to my arrival?

Because of the uncertainty of the islands, timing can be difficult and we would sorely hate to disappoint you.

 

Will my order be at the villa when I arrive?

YES, as long as you order 7 days in advance and provide us with your arrival information on the note section at checkout.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We take AMEX, MasterCard, VISA, and Discover

 

Will you deliver once we are on island?

Yes, if you are staying for an extended period of time on island we will attempt to get your order fulfilled and delivered. We do our best to accommodate orders placed, but fulfillment is subject to availability and timing. Additional orders places while on island will be subject to trip charge.

 

Your order form does not have shipping info, where do I enter the villa name and arrival date?

You will be asked for your arrival date, the name of the villa or location where you are staying and the property manger's name and telephone number in the shopping cart.  These fields are required before you can checkout. If you are staying at a hotel or Westin for example and you do not know your room number prior to arrival, just list say "Westin, room TBD". 

 

What are your delivery charges?

Our delivery charges vary depending on where on the island you are staying.  To view and select the appropriate delivery charge please select Delivery Fees on the main menu and add the correct delivery charge to your cart.  At checkout, you will be reminded that you must add a delivery charge to your order.

 

What if you don’t carry a certain brand?

Please drop us an email and we would be happy to see if we can accommodate your wishes.

 

What if you are unable to get the item I order?

We have suppliers for all of the products on our web site.  Unfortunately, that doesn't mean that the supplier will always have that product.  If we are unable to fill your order, we will contact you and provide you with a list of substitute items.  If none of the substitutes satisfy you, we will be happy to refund your money.  Please see our refund policy.

 

 What happens if my vacation is postponed or re-scheduled?

We have a party!  Kidding….Just let us know and we will work with you to either place it on hold for your future arrival or refund your purchase.  Please see our refund policy.
